We had a fun little valentines day. That morning we surprised the tots with a balloon and some stickers, which they loved, and then they each got to pick out a piece of candy from our local chocolate shop, Kilwins. I thought they would go nuts for the candy case but they each chose just a small piece of organic chocolate and carried on playing with their balloons and sticking stickers from here to infinity and beyond. I was showered in truffles and roses and we had a little picnic by the lake. Later that night, we scurried the girls to bed and made a delicious dinner of grilled steak, salad and australian smashed-potatoes, with some sweet red wine. Holidays are so fun, I’m already scouting photo shoot locations for Story’s birthday, wondering what I’ll put in the girl’s easter eggs and thinking of Daisy’s 3 year old bday cake. Always something to look forward to, it seems
